What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. 

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form or Live chat box.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can't and will not be canceled after 72 Hours! Unless the wrong item was ordered. If you no longer want your item please email within 72 Hours after that production begins and we can't revert your payment.


How do I track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and a Text notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email. You can also track by going to the Order Tracking section and entering your tracking number which will be sent to you via email after the package has been dispatched.

My order tracking is not working.

If you've received your tracking number but the courier's online tracking has not updated within 24 hours after your order dispatch, it is likely your parcel has not been scanned by the courier company yet or their online tracking system is taking longer to update.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To know further, you can contact us through 'contact us' form.

Will all my items be delivered together?

We sometimes do partial shipping to help you receive certain items from your order faster. Some items may have longer processing time for various reasons including, for example, being in different warehouses.

Why is my order so late?

All deliveries are handled by our chosen courier service. Therefore we may not be able to give you a specific answer, however, the following situations can sometimes cause deliveries to take a little longer.

  1. Courier service depots can sometimes get so busy that parcels are delayed whilst they wait to be scanned and processed.
  2. If your address is a long distance from the depot it can take an extra time for items to be delivered. The further you are, the longer it takes by road.
  3. International orders can face delays whilst being checked at customs, then passed to different facilities before they make it to your address.

If you have already waited an additional couple of days after your estimated delivery date, please feel free to contact our support team from here and ask them to investigate this delay with the courier.

What is your return policy?

We offer complete refunds and returns upto 30 days after an order has been delivered. Contact us here or via contact us form with your order number briefly explaining your request to start the return process.

I want to return my items. How can I do this? 

Please return items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging.

It’s completely FREE to return your items. To return any items you no longer wish to keep, just use the contact us form and send us the message with your oder number briefly explaining your request to start the return process.

 When will I receive my refund? How long does it take?

For items returned and eligible for a refund, we will promptly initiate the refund process upon receiving the item(s) and conducting a quality inspection. Once we issue your refund, please allow 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times vary across financial institutions
